Hello everyone,

This is a blog to discuss issues of diversity as they pertain to professional development, graduate school, early career faculty and other professional issues in Psychology.  It is a blog promoting progressive thinking and social activism to fight racism, sexism, heterosexism, agism, ablism, and other aspects of society that remain blind to the abuse of power in the dominant culture.  Please feel free to post, discuss, and question.  Share your experiences and what you have learned along the way.  I have so much to say, (and I will!) and I know that others do too.
